Bench Reveals

Benches 70/73 Installed & Revealed In Saffron Walden & Southend.

Another unforgettable day in Saffron Walden and Southend as Legend on the Bench installed four new benches, bringing the total number of installations to 73.

Despite the weather not being on our side, the turnout in Saffron Walden was overwhelming. My sister Michelle and I were honored to attend both Bench Reveals there, while Lee and Louis (Jays’s Dad and Brother) made the journey to Southend for the two benches being unveiled there.

As always, the unveiling of each bench fills us with a deep sense of pride. To see them in public spaces, knowing that they are saving lives and offering support to those in need, gives us renewed purpose. It’s a reminder of why we push forward with this cause, no matter the challenges we face.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended in Saffron Walden. Your support, whether through your presence, donations, or efforts to raise funds, made this day even more special. Together, we are making a difference. Together, we are creating change.

A big thank you to Saffron Walden local council for granting us our approval, we very much appreciate your support. Also to Saffron Walden Football Club, who allowed us to install our Bench in the Stadium, amazing gesture, Thank you.πŸ’™πŸ’™

We’re especially grateful to the Deputy Mayor for attending and speaking so passionately about our cause. Your words mean a lot to us.

Despite facing health challenges, Brian has remained a constant source of strength and support, and together they have proven themselves to be a truly remarkable couple.

Samantha and Brian, thank youβ€”your kindness, resilience, and commitment make you true stars. 🌟

One of the benches in Saffron Walden, located at the football stadium, was generously donated by an anonymous donor, amazing Gesture and support. Legend on the Bench cannot thank you enough. Your kindness is changing lives, and we are forever grateful.

Each bench carries a story, a purpose, and a message. Sometimes, the greatest comfort is knowing that someone, somewhere, built this bench for you, to offer a place to sit, reflect, or even talk when the world feels heavy, every bench carries the love of those who came before and the hope of those yet to come. Sometimes hope doesn’t shout, it waits quietly on a bench, ready for the moment someone needs to sit beside it. πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
