Legend on the Bench in Partnership with Samaritans.
It was a truly meaningful and uplifting day at Lowndes Park, where we proudly unveiled our 116th Suicide Prevention Bench in partnership with the Samaritans.
Set in the heart of the community, the unveiling brought together local residents, supporters, and representatives who share a common goal, to raise awareness around suicide prevention and create safe, reflective spaces for connection and conversation.

As with every installation, the moment of unveiling was deeply moving. These benches are more than just places to sit, they are symbols of hope, understanding, and the importance of reaching out. Each one stands as a quiet reminder that no one has to face their struggles alone.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who helped make this day so special. You are all heroes and helping to save lives, Thank You All, In particular:
- Amanda, Director of Chiltern Samaritans
- Kate, Secretary of the Friends of Lowndes Park
- Eric Jan Scolten
- Justine Fulford The Mayor of Chesham.

We are also incredibly grateful to all those who attended the bench reveal. Your presence and support help strengthen our mission and reinforce the power of community. Together we can make a difference, Together we can make a change.
