Installation of a Suicide Prevention Bench

Today marked a truly special moment as Legend on the Bench installed our third bench of the day, this time in the stunning surroundings of Steyning.

The setting was nothing short of breathtaking, glorious, far reaching views that seemed to stretch forever. As with every unveiling, the occasion was beautiful, and the bench settled perfectly into its serene new home.

As the day drew to a close, we gathered to share a drink with all those who had come along to support us. Many familiar faces from our first two unveilings were there, Bernie & Claire, the Freya’s, and so many others who have become friends along the way, united by a shared mission, to help save lives.

Through Legend on the Bench, we’ve had the privilege of meeting some of the very best people, those who dedicate their lives to supporting others, offering kindness, compassion, and care without hesitation. Today has been a true joy, filled with connection, reflection, and gratitude.

To each and every person who contributed their time, energy, and heart to make today so special, Thank You. Your commitment not only created an unforgettable day but continues to make a real difference. Each of us can make a difference, together we can make a change.
