Our 90th Bench Reveal took place in Bridgend in Wales on the 31st January 2026.
On a wet and windy day our bench was installed and revealed and stood out like the beacon of light that it is. The benches truly are a wonderful sight whether it be in the day time, or lit up at night time, they are really awesome..
As always the unveiling was such a beautiful and poignant moment for everyone attending. Watching the Bench slowly showing itself as the cover comes off is simply amazing, goosebumps everywhere.

In attendance at the reveal was members of the local council, Cllr Lisa Pritchard and Cllr Jane Granville and County Cllrs Elaine Winstanley and Cllr Richard Granville and Huw Thomas from Cornelly Outreach Group.
Each bench is a testament to the strength of those who have faced their battles and to the dedication of those working tirelessly to prevent further loss. They carry the message that there is always a reason to hope, and that hope is often found in the small, simple moments, like asking someone "are they ok", as we pass them sitting on the bench. Our Benches serve as a reminder that we all have the power to make a difference, a reminder that someone is always listening, and, that you are not alone.
Special thanks goes to the local council in Bridgend who helped fund and organise the installation of the bench in the local community gardens. Thank you all, you are helping save lives.
Big shoutout to Cllr Lisa Pritchard whose commitment to fundraising, organising and Liaising with everyone was incredible. Thank you Lisa we very much appreciate everything you have done to makethis happen. Not all hero's wear capes.
“Sometimes hope doesn’t shout, it waits quietly on a bench, ready for the moment someone needs to sit beside it.”🙏🙏
