Today is World Mental Health day, and this years theme is Mental Health in the Workplace.
It’s an opportunity to bring more awareness and understanding of Mental Health and the impact it has on society. There should be no stigma attached to Mental Health whatsoever, in fact the opposite should apply, let’s openly talk about it and offer the support required in times of need.
Our vision at Legend on the Bench, is to combat Mental Health issues and Suicides by providing resources of support to those in need at the very moment it is needed. This is achieved by installing Suicide Prevention Benches in Public Parks with contact numbers of professional support groups engraved on plaques and placed on the bench.
Together we can build a future with a much better understanding and awareness of Mental Health. Together we can save lives, Someone is Always Listening. 🙏🙏🙏💙
