Someone is always Listening!
We’re proud to announce the installation of our 29th bench in Deeping St James. The unveiling was very well attended, and we were blessed with glorious sunshine to mark the occasion.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along and supported this wonderful cause. Special thanks to Kate Shinkins, Hoppe-chair of Deeping St James Councils who spoke beautifully about Mental Health and the beautiful work of our Charity, Bob Broughton Mayor Of Market Deeping, Pam Byrd deputy Mayor of Market Deeping and Burt Murray who once played for Chelsea Football Club.
A huge shout-out also goes to our trustee, Paul Carrington, whose tireless efforts helped bring this project to life. Paul also spoke powerfully about our mission to save lives and the importance of having these benches out in the community
Each new bench is another step forward, offering comfort, support, and a quiet place to pause when it’s needed most. There’s still much more to do, but we’re making incredible progress thanks to the phenomenal support from the public and our dedicated team.
Thank you all. Let’s keep going, one bench at a time. Together we are making a difference, let’s be the difference we want to see.
“It takes great courage to talk but it also takes great courage to listen”. 💙💙💙
